Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, the shipping address provided at checkout is considered final and cannot be modified, edited, or changed under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct and complete shipping address is entered before confirming the order. Pawcartstore will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery time typically ranges between 10–15 business days depending on the destination and courier operations. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Pawcartstore is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. We do not offer expedited shipping unless explicitly stated on the product page.
